The distinction that causes most confusion
There are two different statements, and they look alike:
- the platform supports X — a description of the product;
- X is enabled for your company — a decision recorded in your offer.
Marketing pages make the first kind of statement. Only your offer makes the second. A screenshot from another customer, or a capability listed on this site, is not evidence that a feature is available to you.
What is set per customer
- available currencies among EUR, GBP and USD;
- payment rails among SEPA, SEPA Instant, Faster Payments, SWIFT and ACH;
- a dedicated GB IBAN, where available;
- virtual IBANs, their number and their permitted use;
- transaction limits;
- pricing;
- permitted account use.
Why the differences exist
The configuration follows the review: the company's structure, industry, jurisdictions, counterparties, expected activity, acquiring relationships and compliance complexity. A configuration is an outcome of that assessment, not a package selected from a menu.
Frequently asked questions
The site lists a rail we did not get. Why? Available rails depend on the approved configuration.
Does every customer receive a dedicated GB IBAN? No. It may be available depending on eligibility, compliance approval and configuration.
Does every customer receive virtual IBANs? No. Availability and quantity are determined during onboarding.
Can we add a currency or rail later? A change to the configuration is possible under the applicable terms and normally requires review.
This article is explanatory. The individual offer records what was approved for your company and prevails.
