Most asked questions

2PayApp does not publish a guaranteed onboarding time. The timeline depends on the company structure, business model, jurisdictions, completeness of the supporting documents and whether additional information is required. About 2PayApp

Looking for who we are and how we are registered?

Company details, the FINTRAC and Bank of Canada registrations, who issues account details and holds funds, why compliance checks happen and how to verify all of it are kept separately.

Review process

How we keep answers current

Every Help and Trust article carries a Last reviewed date and states plainly what it does not claim. An article that no longer reflects the current position is corrected or withdrawn, not left standing.

Important.

Help and Trust articles are explanatory. The applicable customer agreement, the individual offer and the service documentation prevail if they differ.

Support

Need help with your account?

Existing customer

Message support from your dashboard

If you already have a 2PayApp account, sign in and message support directly from your dashboard. A thread there reaches the team that already holds your company file, so you can ask the question without explaining the account first.

Not a customer yet

Ask the team by email

Support chat lives in the dashboard, so it opens once there is an account. Before that, email your question — say what the company does and which currencies and payments it needs — and the team answers to the same address.
