Merchants

A merchant receiving acquiring settlements should be ready to explain how payments are accepted, which PSPs or acquirers are used, settlement currencies, monthly processing and settlement volumes, average transaction value, refunds and chargebacks, delivery and fulfilment processes, customer countries, and the products or services offered.

Preparing this before applying shortens onboarding materially. See What information do merchants need to provide?.

Complex and higher-risk applications

More complex industries, ownership structures and payment flows may require enhanced review and additional documentation. Each case is assessed on its individual facts, and a willingness to review an application does not imply approval.

2PayApp may decline activity that is prohibited by law, outside its risk appetite, unsupported by a service provider or inconsistent with applicable financial-network rules.
