Pricing and limits

How is 2PayApp pricing determined?

2PayApp publishes indicative starting prices, not a universal tariff. Final pricing depends on the company profile, industry, jurisdictions, transaction activity, currencies and required services, and is stated in the individual commercial offer and current pricing schedule issued after the review.

What "from" means

A starting price is the lowest point of a range for eligible corporate customers. It is not a quote, and it is not a promise that your company will be offered that figure.

What affects the price

Pricing may depend on:

  • the company's industry;
  • ownership structure;
  • registration and operating jurisdictions;
  • expected monthly transaction volume;
  • average and maximum transaction value;
  • acquiring settlement volume;
  • required currencies;
  • payment corridors;
  • number of account identifiers;
  • compliance complexity;
  • requested limits.

Costs that sit outside the headline figures

Additional fees may apply to:

  • SWIFT payments;
  • currency exchange;
  • virtual IBANs;
  • payment investigations;
  • returned payments;
  • additional services;
  • higher-risk account configurations.

Two further costs are not 2PayApp's to set. Payments involving correspondent or intermediary institutions can attract charges outside our control, and the beneficiary bank or acquiring provider may impose its own fees.

How to compare an exchange price honestly

For currency exchange, the applicable rate and fee should be shown or communicated before a conversion is confirmed. Compare the complete executed rate, not a separately stated service fee. A low stated fee with a wide rate is more expensive than a higher fee with a tight one.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no single price list? Because pricing depends on the profile. The published figures are starting points, and the binding figures are in your offer.

When do we get the real price? After the business and payment profile has been reviewed.

Are internal transfers free? Internal transfers start from EUR 0. Your applicable figure is in your offer.

Can pricing change later? Change mechanics are governed by your documentation. Read that clause.

Indicative figures are not a quote. The individual commercial offer and current pricing schedule prevail.
