How it relates to the payment account
The exchange operates from the business account balances rather than as a separate platform. A company can therefore move between supported fiat currencies and supported digital assets without moving funds to an unrelated venue first.
Rates and transaction details should be reviewed before an operation is confirmed.
Approval is separate
Access to corporate crypto exchange is subject to compliance approval. Approval of a business payment account does not by itself grant access to the exchange service: the assets, limits and conditions available to a company are confirmed for that service specifically.
The FINTRAC registration held by 2PAYAPP LIMITED includes Virtual Currency among its registered service categories. That is a registration category, not an authorisation of any particular asset for any particular customer, and not a banking licence.
What the service does not do
- It does not provide investment, legal or tax advice.
- It does not protect against a fall in the value of a digital asset.
- It does not guarantee that any particular asset, pair or amount is available — supported assets, limits and liquidity apply.
- It does not make balances bank deposits.
