How long does onboarding take?

2PayApp does not publish a guaranteed onboarding time. The timeline depends on the company structure, business model, jurisdictions, completeness of the supporting documents and whether additional information is required. The largest factor a company controls is the quality of what it submits first.

Question 2

Which documents will be requested?

Accepted Answer

Onboarding can require corporate records, ownership and director information, identity and address documents for directors, authorised representatives and beneficial owners, applicable licences, and evidence that the business actually operates. The exact list depends on the jurisdiction, entity type, ownership structure, industry, requested services and expected payment flows, and further documents can be requested during the review.

Question 3

Does every customer receive a GB IBAN and virtual IBANs?

Accepted Answer

No. A dedicated GB IBAN may be available depending on eligibility, compliance approval and account configuration, and virtual IBANs are not included for every customer either. The number of identifiers, their currencies and their permitted payment types are determined during onboarding and stated in the individual offer.

Question 4

Will my acquirer accept 2PayApp account details?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Every acquiring provider applies its own requirements to settlement accounts, beneficiary countries, currencies and account identifiers. Account approval by 2PayApp does not bind your acquiring provider. Confirm with the provider that the proposed account details can be used before changing your settlement instructions.

Question 5

Are SEPA Instant payments always instant?

Accepted Answer

No. SEPA Instant is designed for rapid euro payments, but instant processing is available only when the sending institution supports the scheme, the receiving institution supports the scheme, the payment meets applicable limits and eligibility requirements, and the service is operational at the time of the transfer. If any condition is not met, the payment is not processed instantly.

What does a business account cost?

Accepted Answer

The published figures are indicative starting prices for eligible corporate customers: business-account opening from EUR 50, monthly maintenance from EUR 25, internal transfers from EUR 0, and SEPA in and out at 0.15% with a minimum of EUR 1. Additional fees may apply to other services, and the final fees applicable to a customer are stated in the individual commercial offer and current pricing schedule.
