Receiving acquiring settlement payouts, how settlement differs from card acquiring, whether your acquirer will accept the account details, and what merchants are asked to provide.

Can I receive settlements from several acquirers?Subject to approval, merchants may receive settlement payouts from more than one acquiring provider. Virtual IBANs may be used to identify and separate incoming settlement flows by provider, store, website, project or legal entity.

Can my business receive acquiring settlements?Eligible online and offline merchants may use approved 2PayApp account details to receive settlement payouts from acquiring banks, payment service providers, payment facilitators and card-acquiring platforms.

What is the difference between merchant settlement and card acquiring?Card acquiring is the service that enables a merchant to accept and process customer card payments. Merchant settlement is the later payout of processed funds from the acquirer, PSP or platform to the merchant.

Will my acquirer accept 2PayApp account details?Not necessarily. Every acquiring provider applies its own requirements to settlement accounts, beneficiary countries, currencies and account identifiers.
